Return and Refund

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive your order and change of mind, or for any other reason, please put it back in the original packaging, tape it nicely, cover with wrapping film and send it back to us within three (3) days from date of receiving.

Please take note certain items once installed will leave signs of wear and tear. We are not able to accept your return in this case. If you are unsure of your purchase, please do not install and please contact us and we are happy to help.

Final sales items cannot be returned.

Any returns that have been used, contain missing parts or damaged, we will reject and send back to you.

We accept all returns provided the item is never used and in its original packaging. Visit your nearby post office and send it back to us in three (3) days from the date of receiving. You will need to provide us the tracking number once the item is shipped.

Unfortunately we do not offer exchange.

Once we receive the return, we will process and issue a refund in 5-10 working days.
