We process orders in 24 hours except in Public Holidays. Our partnered couriers will then pick up the next business day from our warehouse in Johor. They take 2 to 7 business days to deliver to other areas in West Malaysia; 7 to 14 days to East Malaysia. We do not guarantee when our partnered couriers can deliver your orders, please understand they may be delayed during peak season like 11.11 sales or bad weather. 

We work together with Skynet and GDex Express to deliver your orders. If you wish to engage other couriers, please contact our customer service. Please take note, there will be additional charges to deliver with other couriers.

WEST MALAYSIA

Skynet: 2-7 business days

We offer flat rate shipping RM9.90 across West Malaysia except Langkawi.

LANGKAWI

Skynet: 4-9 business days

Delivery to Langkawi is charged on actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

EAST MALAYSIA

GDex Express: 7-14 business days by Air

Delivery to East Malaysia is charged on actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is higher.

We currently do no not ship overseas.
